Marilyn is an accomplished strategy and change management practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in people led change.
She has worked with both the Public and Private Sector, leading organization cultural, business process, structural, strategic and technology change initiatives while effectively ensuring that the people component of these initiatives are well equipped to both drive and successfully adopt these initiatives.
Previously, she worked as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Ltd, and before that, as a Senior Consultant with Indra Systems Ltd, a multinational management consultant company in technology solutions. Her mandate in these organizations has been providing Management Consulting and Change Management expertise within the region.
Marilyn has a Masters in Leading Change and Innovation from York St. John’s University in England. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree from the University of Nairobi. She is a certified Change Management Practitioner with APMG International and Prosci, and an Accredited Facilitator with Deloitte and DDI.

Annabell has been working as as a HR and Organisation Design Profession and Consultant for the last 16 years.
In 2006, Annabell joined Deloitte Consulting as a Management Consultant. In Deloitte, Annabell undertook various strategy and operation consultancies for Corporates, the Public Sector and Development Organisations. She left Deloitte to pursue her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in the UK.
On her return in 2009, she successfully co-founded a Management Consultancy firm that provides Business Consultancies for SMEs, Corporate organisations, the Public Sector and Development Organisations in East Africa. AfriBusiness has gained great credibility in the market over the years building a strong and successful clientele list.
Academically, Annabell graduated in the Dean’s List with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) specialising in Business Development from the University of East Anglia in the UK. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Business Administration) from Catholic University of East Africa, a Diploma in Consulting from Institute of Business Consulting in the UK, a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from Institute of Human Resources Management (Kenya) and CPA 1 from Strathmore College amongst other qualifications.

Shirley is a Director at AfriBusiness Uganda. She is a Project Co-ordinator by profession with over 11 years’ experience in project management, people relation and human resources.
Shirley has worked in people management, client service and co-ordination at management level in the medical sector in Uganda for the last 10 years. Shirley has been involved in facilitating leadership training for the sector in Uganda, she has also been involved in setting up thea booking system and a specialist centre for a leading hospital in Kampala.
Shirley has a Bachelor in Administration from Makerere University, Business School and a Client Service Diploma also from Makerere University.
